Pool & Beach

Soak up the Myconian sun and the laid-back vibe on this spacious deck that captures the essence of ocean liner luxury. With its panoramic views of the Aegean sea, twin saltwater pools and Jacuzzi tub, feet-in-the-water cocktail bar and gourmet lunch restaurant, it’s only to follow the sound of the waves lapping against the shore that you may consider leaving your sunbed and explore the contrast charms of the private beach below.

Our private spot on Elia Beach

Elia is the longest strip of fine sand on Mykonos, awarded the Blue Flag for its pristine beauty. A few miles from the glamourous buzz of Mykonos town, or the beaches of Psarou and Super Paradise, it is also an Eldorado of sorts that captures the unique spirit of Mykonos, bringing together a cosmopolitan crowd of island habitués, vacationing families, celebrities, jet-setting island hoppers and honeymooners, as well as being the launch spot for the biggest LBGT party of the year. Tavernas and beach bars bustle with activity in the shade of the afternoon sun, serving local delicacies alongside international coastal classics.

For the more energetic, an impressive complement of watersports supervised by qualified instructors is available, including kayaking, windsurfing, waterskiing, parasailing, wakeboarding, as well as scuba diving. And yet Elia is surprisingly relaxed and, owing to its size, ultimately less crowded than other equally renowned Mykonos beaches. On the privacy of its outer fringe, the Myconian Imperial enjoys an idyllic, secluded sunbed and parasol concession that is the perfect lookout for those who wish to be near, but far enough from the island’s legendary revelries.
