Our Chef is using natural condiments, flavors, herbs and spices, and fresh seasonal ingredients. Food is integral to the effusive hospitality which is why we hand-pick the fresher of the island's products directly from the fishermen' boats to the treasures of mother earth. All our signature plates are using the most essential ingredients of the Mediterranean diet.

Mediterranean diet is rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grain sand seeds a good source of micro nutrients, antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals whichare elements offering protection against cancer and heart diseases.

Fish, olive oil are anti-inflammatory and fight disease at the cellular level. A Mediterranean diet is high in fiber, which slows down digestion which prevents wild swings in blood sugar. Mediterranean diet and lifestyle though is not just about food and wine; it also includes regular physical activity.
